Vitamins in Fruit Salad
Fruit salad consisting of fresh fruits is very tempting to serving your family. Materials, vitamins and protein what is contained in a fruit salad?
* Wine (red and green): a source of fiber, vitamins A, C, high in calories from sugar
* Apples: a source of fiber and vitamin C.
* Orange: a source of fiber, vitamin B1, C, potassium and folic acid. High calories from sugar.
* Strawberries: a source of fiber, vitamin C, manganese, potassium, folic acid. Most of the calories come from sugar
* Melon: a source of fiber, vitamins A, B6, C, potassium, folic acid, niacin. High calories from sugar.
* Pineapple: a source of fiber, vitamin B6, C, manganese, copper, thiamine.

* Leaf lettuce: a source of fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, iron, manganese, potassium
* Thousand Island salad dressings or other sauces: a source of vitamin K and vitamin B1.
Suggested serving:
